Casino Royale made more money in US and around the world than any other Bond film, and nearly twice as much internationally than Brosnan’s best. So making a sequel in this new, re-imagined Double-O-verse is a tall order. Add to that the idea that this film picks up 5-minutes after the previous one, and we’ve got a recipe for a Bond film like no other. Having said that, Bond films are all action packed, globetrotting, womanizing, testosterone-riddled rollercoasters, so messing around with a good formula is a dangerous game to play.
