In this show, yoga instructor Elsie Escobar offers advice, thoughts and information regarding health, and plain 'ol living life, all coming from a yogic perspective as she continues on her path towards living fully and what it means to her. It's in the everyday that we find out what is necessary for action. In what ways can we inspire, engage and empower ourselves daily, honoring the gift of our bodies by making the best choices possible, and also letting our choices always be about aligning with something Greater than ourselves? Listen, Watch and Feel! Inspiration comes from all sorts of ventures and simply everyday life, and of course YOGA. The show is simple, down to earth, quirky and sometimes very mundane, therein lies the goodness!

This by far is THE shortest video that I've posted to date :) I sorta like the tiny ones, it's sooooo much easier to download, edit and encode! So, yes it rained today, but it was very mild. Sunny Fall Day: NaVloPoMo Day 12
It was really lovely outside today. There was a chill in the air so you did have to bundle up a bit, but the mid 50's sunny weather made the Fall so striking. Hunter and I haven't had an opportunity to go sit at one of our favorite spots ever since the weather changed, as it was too chilly to sit out there and eat. Today was different. The seating area inside the Co-op was too full and the weather was nice so why not? Beauty.

Headless Pigeon: NaVloPoMo09 Day 11
Did I tell y'all that I got a new camera? Well, review is coming :D Anyway, This was my first attempt at creating a bit of video while I was teaching class. I obviously did NOT do a very good job at setting the camera. I did it crazy fast and didn't mess with it at all during class, hence my headless self ;) My motto when dealing with gear while teaching is that if it doesn't work swaha! A Great Big Thank You: NaVloPoMo 09 Day 10
It was one of those days. My daughter has not slept well for about 5 days now, which means that I haven't slept well for 5 days. I've gotten pretty adept at being sleep deprived but NOT this much! I could barely think today, and my energy was sorely lacking. What's beautiful about days is that they are just that, days.
