Dr Khair El-Din Haseeb is Director General of the Centre for Arab Unity Studies in Beirut. He holds an MSc from LSE and a PhD from the University of Cambridge. During his distinguished career Dr Haseeb has been Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Professor of Economics at Baghdad University and has held senior roles in the UN.
