It's our first episode with our new workout class, and we're so excited! It's the beginning of season 2, but we're doing things a little different. We'll have our regular class every Sunday at 6, but once a month we'll shoot the class doing a new routine for a fabulous music video! This month we shot a cool down that we love to end class with.
