Ben wasn't too happy about getting a book of 1741 paper proceedings of the conference so he built a bespoke search engine (funny 2000 computer science people at this conference and no search engine for their research papers?). If research in computer science is still paper based we need to seriously rethink how the paper gets turned into digital. Ironically we thought this conference would be about the new resource types (blogs, wikis, neural networks, algorithms, etc), but everytime we asked a researcher how they consumed information it was back to reading research papers.
