WINCAM is a public access television station, giving voice to all the people of Winchester, MA, by serving as the center for community media. Our mission is to promote and facilitate free speech while providing access to established and emerging media. Winchester Community Access & Media, (WinCAM) is a non-profit membership organization providing the community with television production training workshops, professional production facilities, Comcast channels 8 & 9 and Verizon channels 36 & 37, the Winchester, Massachusetts’s public access cable television channels.
