This elephant calf is only a few weeks old and right now his sole thing in life is to stay close to mom no matter what it takes. He also has 2 sisters to take care of him but still those little obstacles are big for the little fellow. When he gets to the water his trunk is just an extension that gets in the way. He’s still pink in places but the pigments in the soil in the area will soon darken him.
