This big elephant herd were quite happy with me watching them, but then they must have caught my scent and some of them panicked. The panic spread through the herd like a football stadium stampede, and the next thing some 50 elephant were stampeding towards me. Even Mandlovu and her family were caught up in it, but they know me so well. They rumbled on past me and off into the hills.
