About this episode

TV-UN

I hear that Muong Sokhorn, deputy director of the film department of the Ministry of Culture, says that I exaggerated the truth in this documentary. How does he know this? Does his job in the film department make him an expert on the Chea Vichea case? I stand by all the facts in this film. And I daresay, if this film was about the majestic history of Angkor Wat or something similar, I doubt the issue of a license would even come up. The reason it's an issue is probably because the movie reflects negatively on the national police. Furthermore, I never asked for a license to distribute the movie commercially because it was never my intention to sell it in the markets. I gave copies to individuals and organizations that I thought would be interested in the subject matter. How it ended up in the markets is anybody's guess. And if anybody's making money on it, it certainly isn't me. Bradley Cox Bangkok
