Valentine's Day Press Conference held in Washington, DC sponsored by The Weston A. Price Foundation, and including the Nutrition and Metabolism Society and members of the Healthy Nation Coalition. The conference was to expose the flaws and misuse of science in the formation of our nation's dietary guidelines. Promulgated by USDA, these guidelines are not based in current science and have resulted in a 30 year decline in our population's health.
