This event supports DuPage PADS, a non-profit agency committed to end and prevent homelessness in DuPage County by providing safe and hospitable housing solutions, support, and advocacy for men, women, and children who are homeless.

Founders ball

The Glen Ellyn Historical Society Founders Ball was held at the Crowne Plaza on Saturday, February 28, 2009. The evening was a celebration of the 175th Anniversay of the Village of Glen Ellyn, the 40th Anniversary of the Glen Ellyn Historical Society and the 200th Birthday of Abraham Lincoln.

Glen Ellyn Speedskating

Speedskating at Lake Ellyn 1-17-09 Glen Ellyn Speedskating Club is hosting novice speedskating races at Lake Ellyn held on Saturdays (weather permiting) for ages 4 thru 12. Registration is at 10 am at the Lake Ellyn boathouse. For information call 630-858-0920
