A fantastic flying machine has been grounded for good. Recalled by the manufacturer and the CPSC this Kite Tube is reportedly responsible for two deaths and scores of brutal injuries. There is even a web site dedicated to helping the killer tube's victims. In this video the gentleman flying seems to be an expert - but we never got his name.
