Wayne Sables Project (WSP) is a dance theatre and film company touring small to mad scale venues across the UK Founded in 2006 WSP create work with a strong social message that is uniquely personal yet global. Dance Theatre: We create dance theatre works that pushes the boundaries between audience and performer. All our performance work crosses between contemporary dance, theatre and film to create a performance style unique to WSP. We create dance for tour yearly for WSP and dance companies, Universities, Colleges and Schools across the UK. Film: We create both dance and social awareness film on a funded and commission basis for WSP, dance companies, Universities, Colleges, Schools and Community groups across the UK. To date we have made films for the Lowry CAT’s, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, The NHS, Doncaster Arts, The Youth Council, Barnsley, The Youth Service Doncaster to name a few. Education and Community: Our distinctive Education and Community outreach programme offers participants supportive, creative environments in which people of different ages and abilities can participate and develop their skills in dance theatre and film.
