Nandita Singh, PhD is an associate professor at KTH and does research on land and water resources. She supports O. P. Singh’s visual work because she thinks it is easy to make research about these topics but we haven’t seen that knowledge put into action. It is times to get our hands dirty. Video shot at the World Water Week 2011 in Stockholm on the 26th of August by Isabel Ordonez.
WaterCube.tv documents people working to tackle the problems people face getting access to clean water and proper sanitation around the world. Our unique video cube lands at key events focused on water, and is staffed by an independent, constantly-changing team of video reporters. WaterCube puts digital video into the hands of everyone - not a few TV people. We want to help those working in water learn how to use online video to begin documenting their own work to global audiences, sharing knowledge and creating unexpected partnerships and opportunities. WaterCube partners include SIWI, IRC, Akvo, India Water Portal and UN Habitat. For editorial enquiries, please contact Mark Charmer - mark@akvo.org
