Fredericksburg, Va resident Herb Lux is being targeted by local Law Enforcement and the Judicial System because of his efforts to expose the corruption in Spotsylvania, Va in the Justice System. The allegations center around the allegeed targeting by William F (Bill) Neely the Spotsylvania Common Wealth Attorney who allegedly has been after Herb and his family for over a decade and a half because of Herbs efforts to expose the corruption in Spotsylvania. This hearing was in Spotsylvania, Va in Sept 2011. Citizens from all over Virginia were in attendance at the hearing and have been involved with Herbs efforts speak out about the injustice. Less
