I've been walking by the shore every day for about a month, waiting for the ice to freeze. It finally did about a week and a half ago and now there is just enough in the bay along the shore to ice skate on. It froze fairly clear and solid so you can see all of the lillypads, seaweed and sticks because we have no snow. Yet. It is in the forcast for tomorrow afternoon so I will be skating again in the morning..
