Footage of Nicholas Dimancescu that I captured during filming of the 65th Reunion of the 325th Fighter Group in Washington DC in September, 2010.Nicholas a documentary director aged just 26 yrs old, fell to his death while filming In the Carpathians Mountains of Romania.He had recently finished a Documentary featuring the survival of Barrie Davis (325thFg - 317thFS) with a Romanian Pilot Ion Dobran which was featured in National Geographic and on TV.Our thoughts are with the family at this sad time.
