Richard Epstein is James Parker Hall Distinguished Service Professor of Law and Director, Law and Economics Program at the Unievrsity of Chicago Law School. He was introduced by Michele Goodwin, Visiting Professor of Law at the Unievrsity of Chicago Law School.
