Veteran Burn is a World War II veteran. Basic training in Samson.New York where he didn't learn to swim and his job was a fireman onboard ship. On the troop ship to the South Pacific he wore his life jacket. While serving on the Fire Dept in Guadalacanal they ran a trading racket of their shower traded for special foods and drinks!! Leonard stills serves today as rifleman for military funerals and hes been married to the same gal for 61 1/2 years. Thank you for your service Leonard.
