It is our mission to inform, educate and motivate veterans to learn about and apply for potential entitlements. We present individuals and groups that work on behalf of veterans. We encourage people to volunteer and make a positive impact in the lives of veterans. The Veterans Employment Committee San Mateo (VECSM) California, produces VHVtv, of interest to veterans of the armed forces of the United States. We are in our third year of sponsorship from the AMVETS California Service Foundation.
Sheryl Shaffer interviews Marcia Rock and Patricia Lee Stotter about their film "When Women Come Marching Home." They discuss MST, PTSD, and other related problems. The "Service" movie presents women veterans who have returned home from the war and how they are learning to adjust in a civilian world.
Thanks to Tara Wise Founder of National Women Veterans of America Association, plus the ladies telling their survival stories of MST and how they learned to cope and recover from these experiences, so others won't have to suffer.
