After the Open Space Talks live broadcast at Art Cologne 2008, our host Carl Friedrich Schröer met Werner Spiess, the renowned German art historian, critic and curator. Werner Spiess (born 1937 in Tübingen, Germany) was the director of the Musée National d'Art Moderne at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, France. In 2003 he was awarded the Art Cologne Prize.
