The CoyoTBird was getting very close to being a running car. We ordered a custom aluminum radiator from Afco to keep the 5.0 cool. Then, Nick had to fabricate an air box, since the Mustang air box that was sent with the motor wouldn't fit in the engine bay. Once all the loose ends under the hood were taken care of, we ordered a custom tachometer from the Autometer Custom Shop to be as close of a match as possible for the original clock. Then we finally fired up the motor. Now its time to take it all apart, do any metal work that needs to be done, and give the underside and engine bay a final coat of paint before putting it all back together.
