Upward Bound is federally funded program helping high school kids from low income families get into college. Every year, South Seattle Community College hosts a group of Upward Bound students for six weeks of summer school. One of their classes is a Digital Video Production elective, taught by Vaun Raymond. Each summer they produce a documentary about some aspect of Upward Bound, and a story film. This Blip.tv channel contains their videos from the last five years.
