SCOTUS - Hocus Pocus - July 3, 2012

As summer heats up, so does www.UnLearn.TV ... Being an inter-active medium is something that has really clicked since our show's inception, and we'd just like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the best live chat room on the 'net. You are truly awful, albeit hilarious human beings... and we love you all. Among the items we'll be discussing this week are: It is the eve of our nation's 236th birthday, and as such we will pay tribute to the Stars & Stripes. We'll hearken back to our great nation's beginnings, talk a little about our founders, and wonder what the hell happened to us. We blame Wendell Willkie. Also!... We really like NJ Governor Chris Christie, and not just because he makes us feel thin. Although we sometimes disagree with our state honcho, at least he's not the nausea inducing, platitude regurgitating, talking meat puppet that most politicians are. The buzz is, he'll nominated for VP... but at our Tiki Bar, he's already the MVP. ...And! ... Little did we know that America --despite our pathetic world rankings in academics-- is replete with constitutional scholars. Social network pundits across the country have become either elated or irate over the Supreme Court's decision to uphold Obamacare ... and amazingly they've all managed to come to the same pedantic conclusions as their favorite cable news networks. This "coincidence" has not gone unnoticed by Cigars & Scotch, nor myself. All this plus! ... This week's Minimal Criminal!....
