Keynote: Eben MoglenDirector, Software Freedom Law CenterTechnical change and the economics of the global IT industry have combined to bring free and open source software to the very center of industry attention -- by the end of this decade, FOSS will be the single most important force defining the future of software. Copyright licenses like GPL and ASL have been crucial in bringing us this far, but they're not the only sources or expressions of legal policy for the FOSS communities.
