A sad day in Rock & Roll history! Today CBGB's, the legendary rock venue that made famous native New Yorkers The Ramones, Blondie, Talking Heads, The Police, and many many others, has been silenced forever. I've played this venue many many times and feel honored to have played drums on that stage. It's a sad day. I was on hand for the funeral of sorts..
