xacti waterproof field test

last night I got my hands on an about-to-be-released Sanyo Xacti E1 waterproof video camera (thanks Irina!), so I took it to the beach -- among other, ahem, places. I love it! wish I had one of my own -- except now it seems to be broken; it's still leaking water from somewhere and the menu button stopped responding about an hour ago. and the stills are just kind of okay (6.0 mp). hmmm. still, I had a blast playing with it. more info on the Xacti waterproof is here (Gizmodo).
