A three and a half minute video documenting the annual Time's Up! Lights in the Heights group bicycle ride led by Trudie Hutter. Lights in the Heights is a fun and leisurely ride to the "miracle mile" of Christmas Lights and decorations in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn. The spectacular displays draw 150,000 visitors a year who come from as far away as Japan.
