Kyler England - "When the World Stops Spinning" (LIVE)

Singer and songwriter Kyler England takes The Comet stage for a breathtaking performance of "When the World Stops Spinning." Kyler music has been featured on such TV shows as “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Vampire Diaries,” “Private Practice,” “One Tree Hill,” “Switched At Birth,” “Ghost Whisperer,” “Army Wives” as well as in the film “The Lucky Ones.” She has opened for such luminaries as Sting, Annie Lennox, Avril Lavigne and Kelly Clarkson. In addition, she won the 2011 International Songwriting Competition Electronica category. She has averaged over 150 performances a year, mainly solo acoustic, and also collaborated with various DJs on electronic projects. In 2009, England took a hiatus from her solo career to focus on her band The Rescues, an acclaimed supergroup of troubadours, released the album “Let Loose The Horses,” and are working on their second album. She released her first solo album in three years, “Electric Hum,” in 2011. Her new EP, “The Spare Key Sessions,” featured England’s reworkings of several “Electric Hum” songs with acoustic arrangements.
