This weekend was a handful for both Sheila and me, it started last Friday when we slept late. While we were at home, I got a good long conversation with my brother on the phone. We talked about lots of things and him being the new person as I would like to put it. We talked about his new found faith in God and the state where he is now. We also had and chance to talk about our past and about our step brother on our mother side. At one point it was mellow dramatic but we always find a way to keep our conversation steady. It was one of those conversation were we both know that it was God centered I have not have a conversation like that in years. We finished about 3:00 am, and then I had to sleep because Sheila and I have plans on going to Bulacan to visit.Saturday morning we woke up late and when I say late I mean like half an hour before lunch, it was no shock anyway since we really got in to bed really late too. Before we went to Bulacan we had to first get some groceries in a mall near the terminal. We were able to get some pork and chicken and some crackers for mama and oranges for baby Alwin. I know my wife really missed going to Bulacan since we were busy this past few months and did not have time to visit. When we arrive in the house the first thing that we do is prepare our lunch because we just ate cupcakes and some biscuit. I tell you corn beef and rice never tasted so good that lunch. Then Sheila had to do some stuff with her mom and me well I had my nap woke and the photographer was there talking to Sheila about the service when we celebrated the first birthday of baby Alwin. Then dinner time we had sinigang it was raining and it really smelled really delicious. While on dinner I had some time to talk to my father in law we had a nice a chat. Talk about a lot of things our church wedding which will push through next year, Sheila’s older brother in Korea and other things. 9:30 we left to Manila and got home really late because when we got to the train station we had to wait for over an hour for the last train to come, talk about customer service what a mess.Sunday was a blast even though we woke late again!!! We had our days full of family activities because we went to Dampa were we had our lunch but before that my brother Rolen met up on the train and we went together to meet the family. It was fun there were lots of food. There were also cakes for JJ and Mama Cora since they celebrated their birthday. The kids were all there Aina, Andrei and Andrea, Rap-rap, Cassie and Ihna, Carlo and Marco, Migs, Bem-bem and Liam. It was a handful but was fun at the same time. After lunch we decided to continue the fun in Greenbelt where we hang out in Ebun the kids also played a bit in time zone then the family had mass then headed home.
