Jane Fulton Suri currently co-leads IDEO's Consumer Experience practice with particular emphasis on the application of human and cultural insights to design strategy for the company's global clients. As Director of Human Factors Design and Research, she pioneered IDEO's human-centered design process by integrating human and social science approaches as a key element in the company's international design offering.
