:DFL lawmakers make a second attempt to repeal the constitutional amendment on marriage that is on this falls ballot, this time to "pay for" the unknown cost of the voter photo ID constitutional amendment. The motion by Senator Jeff Hayden (DFL-Minneapolis) was defeated on an 8-5 party line vote.
