Minnesota Senate Deputy Majority Leader Julianne Ortman says that DFL Governor Mark Dayton's appointment of Ellen Anderson as Public Utilities Commissioner will probably be voted down in the Senate next week. Senator Ortman is asked why and says it is because Anderson has "extreme" views.
