Franken Campaign attorney Marc Elias says today's court ruling that eliminates "a large chunk" of rejected absentee ballots the Coleman campaign wanted counted is the court sticking to the letter of the law. Elias says the ruling did not mention any of the "equal protection" argument the Coleman campaign has been presenting, indicating to him that ultimately the Coleman campaign is not going to prevail on that argument.
