Today’s Third Eye Show starts with a story from Ireland’s own Helen Barrett, also known as the White Witch of the Isles, which tells of Ellen, a young woman who was kind to a powerful witch, and in return for her kindness received secret knowledge from ancient archives. This is actually the subject of a forthcoming book, so stay tuned for more on those ancient archives. You will enjoy Maureen Rose’s beautiful pictures of our local New Hampshire sunsets, which accompany Helen’s story. Next we watch a primer on yoga from long-time practitioner Elizabeth Bell and her apt pupil and friend Loann Simon, who demonstrate some of the basic postures and benefits of this health-promoting practice. Then we turn our attention to reading and drawing wisdom and guidance from angel cards, which is explained by intuitive Linda Carley and her friend and interviewer Judy Schenck. After that, we visit with Sara Poisson, who has just completed a book called Silent Voices from the Past, which takes a poignant look at a small New Hampshire graveyard in which the destitute and cast-off citizens of a bygone era were interred without ceremony or dignity. Sara’s labor of love is intended to honor those all-but-forgotten spirits, as all of the proceeds will be spent to refurbish their graves. And last, we enjoy the song “Angels’ Wings” by Doug and Leanne Allan. As always, we’ve packed today’s Third Eye Show with thoughtful guests and insightful topics. Enjoy!
