Join me as I take field trips to breweries and farms, visit with butchers and cheese mongers, or maybe just drink a little too much absinthe with friends. This is for all of my fellow cheese lovers out there. i spent a day tasting and cooking with cheese for Smackdown, a charity event to benefit the Organic School Project. i will say that I am already looking forward to next year's event so i can have another excuse to overindulge.
