Join me as I take field trips to breweries and farms, visit with butchers and cheese mongers, or maybe just drink a little too much absinthe with friends. Some times you just need a big hunk or meat. I figure if you are going to splurge, you might as well go all out. Allen Brothers has some of the best steaks in Chicago so I headed down for a visit, a butchery lesson and of course, lots of beef.
