New York City behind the scenes: Life, love, work, food...although not necessarily in that order.
The McDonough #35 High School gospel choir busy being terrific on Thursday at Jazzfest. Call & response gospel? Yeah!
:)A day late & a dollar short, but the plain truth is that I was too T&E to post yesterday's effort which was, indeed, a cat video.Don't judge me.
Following the Mardi Gras Indians under the I10 overpass. Splendid fun.
Navlopomo #9(number nine, number nine, number nine, number nine)Miguel's video got me think about home -- specifically returning home. Brian & I have been sort of floundering re:home. Is the city home? Is the country home? Is New Orleans home? We seem unable to decide. Then I remembered the larch we planted last Spring. Our very first tree at our very first house. We planted it together so that we could watch it grow as we got old.Home is where the larch is.
There's wedding video, I swear.But this ain't it.

Okay, look, I haven't posted much video because as excited as I was for a new computer, I wasn't prepared for the leqrning curve associated with iMovie 09. Maybe it's just me, but I'm have a bear of a time with it. Food videos are easier to edit because they can be a simple as a series of steps with cross-fades in between. It ain't Citzen Kane; It's just Chicken Toast.
