I didn't want to cover this, though I thought I should. Shape Tweens are an aspect of Flash I've never really needed to use, though in my last term at university I met a few people who had used them to great effect. It inspired me to learn how to do them myself, and thus make this episode to share it with the world (lucky you!) Shape tweens are similar to motion tweens in that they allow you to make changes to an object on the stage in the frames between two keyframes. The key difference however is while motion tweens relate to symbols, shape tweens are applied to vector graphics. The video explains the process and demonstrates creating a movie-clip symbol in which to store the shape tween for easy retrieval from the library. Less
