At the TMA/The Deal's Distressed Investing Conference in January, Edward Siskin of Crystal Capital, David Resnick of Rothschild Inc. and David Shapiro of KPS Capital Partners, LP explained that 2009 forecasts are worse than 2008 in every respect.
