Tennessee UMMEN partnered with PET TN to build 10 P.E.T.s (Portable Energy Transportation) on 10/24/2009 at St. Marks UMC in Murfreesboro, TN. P.E.T.S are hand cranked front wheel carts that assist those who have no legs or no use of their legs because of land mines, polio, accidents or birth defects, where wheel chairs are impractical.
