About this original series

The Memphis Grizzlies Charitable Foundation is committed to securing mentors for youth, and in 2007 launched the TEAM UP campaign. Beginning with the TEAM UP Volunteer Recruitment Lunch in August 2007 and highlighted by the TEAM UP Leadership Lunch for community and corporate leaders in January 2008 with the legendary Bill Russell as keynote speaker, building awareness and recruiting individuals to be volunteers are foremost goals for the Foundation.
