Dr Gilada is a medical doctor, and India's foremost specialist in HIV/AIDS. Among his numerous achievements, he has established and has been managing People's Health Organisation (India) {formerly Indian Health Organisation (IHO)} since April 1982; which is acclaimed for its intervention projects in AIDS and prostitution.
