The Culinary Historians of Southern California present "The Great American Soda Fountain" with Author Charles Perry retired editor of the LA Times Food section. The discussion was videotaped in the Mark Taper Auditorium at the Downtown Central Library in Los Angeles, California in January of 2009. Please visit the website culinaryhistoriansofsoutherncalifornia.org for membership information. The discussion was videotaped, edited and produced by johnfgannon.com and Strike Out Studio. This program recently aired on http://www.la36.org/flash_rotator/main.html and will return with "Hambugers: A Global History" with Andrew F. Smith sometime in March 2009. In the coming months Strike Out Studios will focus its cameras on more historical cultural programming. So please stay tuned to our new blip.tv channel for interesting events going on in Southern California, captured and broadcast to you. Thanks John Gannon Less
