This panel will examine the initial energy/resource auditing process with an eye on the best risk adjusted return, where those first dollars should be spent. Actual construction brings its own unique issues and the key lessons learned from past projects will be discussed. After the energy efficiency and/or on-site power systems are completed, is the benefit going to be recognized by an appraiser or bank underwriter? Retrofits are always unique but the experienced panel will focus on the highest value tools and knowledge needed to make the best financial decisions.
