Crack-rock vs Twist - Attention to Detail B-Boy ...

Lessons learnt: don't dance so much on a recovering sprained ankle. But if you do, dance a lot more! Shouldn't have held back my bad ass moves on him :P ahh well, it was good fun!

B-Boy Twist's Front and Back Flip Practice
http://www.icametodance.com Some of my first attempts at standing back tucks on the gym floor without spotting. By the end of the session I had a lot more height, was travelling backwards less and was nailing the landing better. But this video is the funniest from the afternoon :D
