Robert Von Wolfgang said he was assisting a truck in the State House loading dock when he saw the flames. "Flames came billowing out of the basement unit," he said. The smell of smoke drifted through the State House and up as far as the fourth floor.
12/16/2008 - Gov. Deval Patrick encountered a group of protesters outside of the Executive office Tuesday afternoon and spoke briefly with them about their concerns. The protest rally, organized by the M-Power organization, met earlier in the day on the State House steps.
