The Mourning Doves know me and will not move as long as I am in the driveway. Once I step too close to them and onto the grass they fly off to nearby shrubs and trees. They will always wait until I am in the house before flying back to the area around the feeder to continue their eating. They come every day in the late afternoon and early evening.
