Sport Horses bred in Europe, mainly in Germany and the Netherlands, dominate the Olympic disciplines dressage and jumping since over forty years. The International Sporthorse Registry (ISR) - Oldenburg Registry North America was founded in 1983. North America needs an independent Sport Horse Breed Organization which works on the basis of 200 years of European experience and as successful as European registries.
