On 4 June 2009, In Bonn, Technical briefing by the Chair of the AWG-LCA on historical responsibility as a guide to future action to address climate change In response to a request made by some Parties during the fifth session of the AWG-LCA, the Chair organized a technical briefing to enable Parties to receive and share views on the concept of historical responsibility as a guide to future action to address climate change. Mr Martin Khor, Executive Director of the South Centre, made remarks to the concept and its application in other areas on historical responsibility and related concepts. These were followed by interactive discussions
